Senior FP&A Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Senior FP&A Executive to lead our financial planning and analysis function. The role will own budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership, working closely with business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for all business units.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and long‑range planning tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analysis and executive‑level insights.
• Partner with department heads to evaluate financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, investment planning and cost optimisation.
• Manage and enhance financial systems and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis for executive decision‑making, board presentations and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures related to financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related area.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
