Senior MEP Engineer - BIM & Energy Efficiency

About the role

We are seeking a Senior MEP Engineer with strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energy‑efficient design to join our construction team in Islamabad. The role focuses on developing integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions that meet safety, sustainability, and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and design MEP systems for building projects using BIM technology.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and energy‑efficiency guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Perform site inspections, oversee installation, and commission MEP systems.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation for project approval.
• Support procurement by specifying technical requirements for equipment and materials.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience as an MEP engineer in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
