About the role
Techtiks Global PVT LTD is looking for a results‑driven Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to join its Lahore team. The role focuses on generating high‑volume leads and selling energy solutions to both residential and commercial customers in the USA and UK markets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of outbound activity, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly dialing targets.
- Engage B2C homeowners and B2B decision‑makers, pitching competitive energy plans.
- Build, organize, and nurture a robust sales pipeline with systematic follow‑ups.
- Conduct consultative, needs‑based assessments to highlight cost‑saving benefits of energy plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in USA and/or UK energy campaigns.
- Background with a reputable BPO, telecom, or energy sales organization.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment, including afternoon and night shifts.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, dependability, and professional work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales processes.
