Senior Production Engineer

About the role

Ghani Value Glass is looking for a Senior Production Engineer in Sheikhupura to lead and optimise its manufacturing processes. The role suits a dedicated engineer with at least three years of experience who can manage a large production team and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 40 production staff to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate production planning so that materials and resources are available to meet schedules.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to align production with inventory and delivery requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations in the production area.
• Maintain documentation on process changes, standard operating procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Train and mentor team members and promote best manufacturing practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to improve production capabilities.
