Team Leader - SKP Factory (Shift Operations)

About the role

Nestlé is hiring a Team Leader for its Sheikhupura factory. The role covers production activities and ensures smooth, efficient operation with strict adherence to product quality, safety and hygiene standards. It is a full-time, shift-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable plan operations so that daily production plans and targets are met with the right product quality.
• Coordinate between departments to manage the end-to-end production plan, including availability of raw and pack materials.
• Monitor line efficiency and implement HACCP, enforcing compliance with SOPs by all shift personnel.
• Deploy the people development plan and ensure team competencies through proper training on equipment, safety procedures and hygiene.
• Maintain safe work practices during operation and maintenance, and keep work areas clean and in working order in line with NGMP.
• Check and enforce personnel hygiene and safety, such as protective clothing, shoe change and hand washing.
• Take immediate corrective action to maintain quality and compliance with manufacturing instructions.
• Manage employee and industrial relations to keep factory operations running smoothly.
• Support the timely launch of new products and coordinate with the engineering team during breakdowns and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical field, preferably on a processing plant in food manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Ability to lead a group of people and rotate in shifts.
• Strong ownership and people leadership to develop team competence.
