Senior Sourcing Manager - Footwear

About the role

Stylo (Private) Limited is hiring a Senior Sourcing Manager for its footwear business in Lahore. The role leads strategic sourcing operations to improve procurement efficiency and supply chain performance, working closely with Merchandising, Planning, Product Development and Operations to ensure product availability, quality and on-time delivery. The incumbent also manages a team and oversees supplier development and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company goals to optimize procurement and supply chain efficiency.
• Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, ensuring quality, reliability and contractual compliance.
• Lead supplier development initiatives and negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs while maintaining product standards.
• Monitor On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance and manage supply planning to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Analyze procurement data and forecasting trends, and use Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools to track performance metrics and report to management.
• Manage sourcing budgets, mitigate vendor and market risks, and run continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Effective budget management and stakeholder engagement.
