Senior Manager, Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship

About the role

The Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship Manager (PL & CR) leads and coordinates planning, inventory analysis, business continuity planning, inbound and outbound transportation and internal warehouse logistics. As a member of the CPS Pakistan leadership team in the plant, the role sets the plant's business plan targets, tracks and analyzes plant KPIs and ensures corrective and preventive actions are taken. It is the key strategic interface with OU, bottler and plant functions and shared services to ensure continuity of beverage base supply.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and annual business plan for PL & CR, define goals and measure performance against them regularly
• Lead planning processes and transportation and logistics in line with TCCC requirements, including supply planning, production planning, inventory management, MRB and SAP planning parameters
• Maintain a master and weekly production plan and work with shared services to optimize inventory levels and reduce inventory at risk and write-offs
• Represent CPS at OU and bottler sites, build strategic relationships, convey stakeholder concerns and coordinate issue resolution
• Measure end-to-end supply chain metrics, drive year-on-year productivity improvements and optimization projects
• Ensure compliance with TCCC requirements (finance, legal, environmental, quality and safety), promote a zero-accident culture and complete hazard assessments, root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Manage the annual operating budget, overhead expenses and CAPEX, and coach and appraise the team through performance enablement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (food, chemical, industrial or similar background preferred); MBA or MS Supply Chain Management preferred
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience
• Track record of delivering business results, including people and change management
• Experience in P&L management and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent English and local language skills, both verbal and written; international experience desirable
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, attendance and conduct guidelines, and adherence to company policies
