Senior Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Executive will lead end‑to‑end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) operations, ensuring efficient logistics, accurate device audits, and seamless vendor coordination. This on‑site, night‑shift position supports field teams and drives continuous improvement in returns management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete RMA process, including logistics, inventory returns, warranties, and trade‑ins.
• Coordinate with front‑end teams, vendors, and internal departments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Analyze return compensations from wireless companies and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Inspect devices prior to return and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
• Track shipments and collaborate with vendors to guarantee correct deliveries.
• Manage return disputes to ensure cost recovery and compliance.
• Provide real‑time support to field teams for smooth return operations.
• Develop performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare and analyze reports on return performance and cost efficiency.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly returns reconciliation.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
