Executive Purchase Compliance & PMO

About the role

The Executive Purchase Compliance & PMO leads the centralized Purchase Technical Evaluation (TE) process within the Procurement Department. You will ensure compliance, transparency and audit readiness while driving continuous improvement of TE procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Purchase Technical Evaluation (TE) Management Team.
• Organise and facilitate centralized TE sessions across sourcing projects.
• Maintain and implement the TE Guidebook and ensure adherence to TE processes, expert behaviour and scoring quality.
• Monitor TE Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, report efficiency KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Oversight Team to enhance the TE framework and resolve gaps.
• Oversee mandatory training completion, expert pool data accuracy and highlight negative expert performance.
• Archive all TE‑related documentation, including signed SOCs, undertakings, feedback and session videos.
• Prepare weekly TE project sheets and SLA compliance reports for management review.
• Maintain an expert feedback database and share summaries with Heads of Departments for performance review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Supply Chain or Project Management preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or technical evaluation.
• Strong understanding of technical evaluation and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of policy compliance and audit documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

• Data analysis and reporting for TE SLA monitoring.
• Planning and facilitation of TE sessions.
