Service Engineer – Process Equipment Maintenance

About the role

Tetra Pak Pakistan is seeking a Service Engineer (Processing) to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance for our processing equipment at customer sites. You will travel extensively across Pakistan and occasionally abroad, ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical components of processing machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electro‑mechanical, automation, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Develop, test, and upgrade PLC and HMI programs using Siemens, Rockwell, and Wonderware tools.
• Disassemble, reassemble, and commission processing machines according to Tetra Pak standards.
• Promote a safe working culture and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, automation, and service of industrial systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 70 % of the time, including short‑term international assignments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
