QMS & Internal Audit Associate Engineer

About the role

Haier is seeking a QMS & Internal Audit Associate Engineer to support the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of its management systems at the Raiwind Road facility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the internal audit plan, SOPs, quality policy and objectives in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Manage QMS document control, including versioning, coding and master document lists.
• Conduct internal audits on shop‑floor processes, verify compliance with documented procedures and ISO standards.
• Perform risk assessments and gap analyses to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Manage CAPA and non‑conformities, ensuring timely documentation, tracking, corrective action and closure.
• Prepare and maintain evidence for external certification and surveillance audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, internal auditing or QMS documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
