About the role

We are seeking a proactive Showroom In‑Charge to lead the daily operations of our furniture showroom in Karachi. The successful candidate will ensure an outstanding customer experience, drive sales, and maintain an appealing showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and convert walk‑in visitors into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually attractive showroom, ensuring accurate product labeling and pricing.
• Coordinate with management on new product displays and seasonal arrangements.
• Supervise showroom staff, assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and motivate the team.
• Handle customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer‑service mindset.
• Leadership qualities with experience in team management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with POS or ERP systems.
