Social Media Manager

About the role

Adnex Global, a full‑service digital marketing agency, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow the social presence of its international clients. Based in Islamabad, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored social strategies that align with each brand’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars and campaign plans for multiple client accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video producers and performance marketers to create engaging content.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with global trends, platform updates, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency and professional communication across all client accounts.
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of international client environments and ability to work professionally across cultures.
• Excellent content planning, communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance.
