Video Producer and Editor

About the role

The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry seeks a creative Video Producer and Editor to capture, edit, and deliver high‑quality visual content for events, meetings, seminars, official visits and promotional activities. The role requires independent project management and collaboration with communications teams to meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Record and photograph ICCI events, meetings, conferences, delegations and other activities.
• Edit footage into polished videos for the website, social media and other communication platforms, including short‑form reels, highlights and promotional clips.
• Manage production tasks such as camera setup, framing, lighting, audio capture and file organization.
• Perform colour correction, sound enhancement, transitions, titles, captions and basic motion graphics.
• Maintain an organized archive of raw and edited media while ensuring confidentiality and brand standards.

Required profile

• Relevant education or professional training in Film, Media Production, Digital Media or a related field; strong portfolio preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably covering corporate events, conferences or institutional activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for titles and basic motion design.
• Experience using professional video cameras, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, microphones and lighting equipment.
• Familiarity with social‑media video formats, aspect ratios, subtitles and platform‑specific requirements.
