Strategic Sales & Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager Strategic Sales & Services to lead our corporate‑sector sales initiatives. The role focuses on expanding our presence in the B2B market for fixed broadband, cloud, and IoT solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to corporate clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop customized proposals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth from existing accounts through upselling and excellent service.
• Monitor activation/disconnection trends, formulate retention strategies, and address service or billing issues to prevent churn.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Telecom or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
