NOC Service Quality & Experience Monitoring Specialist (Proactive Pipeline)

About the role

This position is part of a proactive talent pipeline for future openings. The specialist will monitor radio network performance using EMS, SmartCare and CEM tools, and work closely with domain owners to resolve performance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Near‑real‑time monitoring of network KPIs and service quality indicators (KQIs) across RAN domains.
• Engage with technology teams to investigate and resolve identified problems, adhering to strict SLAs.
• Conduct routine performance audits, prepare benchmark reports for major events, and define alert thresholds.
• Serve as the first interface for access‑network related customer complaints, performing technical analysis and coordinating root‑cause investigations.
• Escalate network performance issues to peer teams and senior management, and maintain detailed RCA reports.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to keep them informed of complaint status and network degradations.

Required profile

• Understanding of radio parameters and RAN technologies (CS/PS).
• Experience with EMS, SmartCare and CEM monitoring tools.
• Ability to conduct KPI/KQI analysis and performance audits.
• Strong coordination skills with Level‑II technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle special projects.
