About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented professional to lead our surveillance operations. The Surveillance Operations Manager will oversee daily monitoring activities, guide a skilled team, and ensure a secure environment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day surveillance and monitoring activities, ensuring effective security protocols.
• Evaluate and improve existing security procedures and systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor surveillance staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Design and implement strategies to strengthen security and meet compliance standards.
• Collect and analyze data from monitoring systems; prepare detailed reports for management.
• Partner with other departments to address security issues and improve overall safety.
• Stay current with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in security.
• Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 5–10 years of experience in surveillance or security operations.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, decisive approach under pressure.
• Professional certifications in surveillance or security (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for complex data analysis.
• Familiarity with modern surveillance systems.
• Experience with security software platforms.
