Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Texas Lab Technologies seeks a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for its expanding international operations. Working remotely, you will source, screen, interview and onboard professionals across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding for various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical and Support.
• Prepare and publish compelling job ads on international and local platforms, and source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and verify candidate credentials and references.
• Draft offer letters, assist with onboarding documentation, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Track recruitment KPIs, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure confidentiality of candidate data.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and familiarity with major job portals and sourcing platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, Bayt, GulfTalent, CV‑Library, Reed and Totaljobs.
