Technical Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

Our client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead the sourcing, screening and hiring of software engineers and other technical professionals for their fast‑growing technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and job portals.
• Engage passive talent and build talent pipelines across the Pakistan technology market.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates with strong technical terminology and software development lifecycle knowledge.
• Manage multiple technical vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate with technical leadership and stakeholders, handling negotiation and offer management.
• Prepare analytical reports and maintain data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Utilize an ATS or recruitment management system to track candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition.
• Proven track record recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycles and programming technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
