Telemarketing Representative – Karachi

About the role

EBone Network Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telemarketing Representative for its Karachi office. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on outbound calling to generate new business and support existing customers. You will work on the morning shift, using approved scripts and lists to promote the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided lists and scripts.
• Introduce EBone’s services, identify customer needs, and convey relevant information clearly.
• Qualify prospects and schedule follow‑ups or appointments for the sales team.
• Record call outcomes, customer details, and required actions in the company’s CRM system.
• Handle routine customer questions professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Achieve assigned targets for call volume, follow‑ups, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Confident, courteous telephone manner with good listening skills.
• Ability to explain technology‑related services in simple terms.
• Basic prospect qualification, objection handling, and appointment‑setting abilities.
• Organised, punctual, persistent and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
