About the role

The Telesales Representative will focus on outbound calling to generate new B2B retail business and convert leads into confirmed orders. You will promote a range of retail solutions to retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and wholesalers, while maintaining high call volumes and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 60‑100 outbound calls daily to potential and existing business customers.
  • Promote products, services, promotions, package deals and bundled offers tailored to retail clients.
  • Research new leads using Google, Facebook, business directories and local listings.
  • Maintain accurate contact records in CRM software and Excel.
  • Explain product benefits, pricing and features using digital assets such as catalogs, images and videos.
  • Convert inquiries into sales orders and follow up with hot, warm and long‑term prospects.
  • Handle WhatsApp Business inquiries promptly and keep customer records up‑to‑date.
  • Schedule appointments, product demos and technical visits with field sales and support teams.
  • Prepare daily reports on call volume, leads, quotations, follow‑ups and orders.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for calls, lead generation, follow‑up completion and appointments booked.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with a professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
