TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer campaigns and social media initiatives. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with fast‑growing brands and contribute to a dynamic, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Maintain the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators and internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach to potential influencers via DMs or email.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Measure and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok culture and creator ecosystem.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content pipelines, and influencer relationships.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
