About the role
This role talks to people planning Umrah, understands their needs and helps them choose the right package. Most leads come from ad campaigns on WhatsApp and phone, so quick and friendly follow-up is important.
Key responsibilities
- Reply to new leads on WhatsApp and phone the same day
- Explain Umrah packages, including hotels, distance from Haram, visa, flights and transport
- Send quotes and follow up until the customer decides
- Collect documents and hand confirmed bookings to the operations team
- Record every lead and its status in the CRM
Required profile
- 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in travel or Umrah
- Confident on phone and WhatsApp, with clear Urdu and good English
- Basic knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels is a plus
- Comfortable working towards monthly targets
