Account Management – Key Accounts & Mid‑Market (Commercials)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will serve as the main point of contact for our key vendors on the LAAM marketplace, ensuring a seamless experience and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing key vendors, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with LAAM is seamless.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with vendors to foster loyalty and mutual growth.
• Regularly check in with vendors to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide support on product listings, sales performance, and overall marketplace experience.
• Collaborate with vendors to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts to maximize sales.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics (sales, returns, customer feedback) and work with them on improvement plans where needed.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, such as expanding product categories or participating in promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer support) to ensure vendor needs and expectations are consistently met.
• Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance vendor satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews for key accounts, highlighting wins, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide vendors with strategic insights and recommendations.
