About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager – Sales to join our Karachi team, supporting the distribution of printing inks and sustainable packaging solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal functions, ensuring smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and payment follow‑ups.
- Support sales planning, forecasting and order execution.
- Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Supply Chain and Finance to guarantee seamless operations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries or complaints promptly.
- Prepare sales reports, customer analyses and management presentations.
- Assist marketing and business development initiatives, including customer engagement activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.
- Strong coordination, analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and reporting tools.
