About the role
Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Karachi as a Sales Operations Lead. You will drive business unit success by optimizing proposals, execution, engineering, and Technical Improvement Programs (TIP) while ensuring operational excellence across the sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and optimize proposals, execution, engineering, and TIP functions to exceed business unit targets.
- Implement robust KPI review mechanisms and forecasting to improve performance predictability.
- Establish standardized guidelines, processes, and methods for proposals, project management, and engineering.
- Develop and execute bidding strategies in close collaboration with sales, execution, and engineering teams.
- Support execution teams to maximize project profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross‑functional reviews of Non‑Conformance Costs (NCCs) and drive preventative actions.
- Integrate cost‑effective solutions through TIP during the bidding phase.
- Act as central escalation point to facilitate timely decision‑making and issue resolution.
- Support talent development and acquisition to build a high‑performing team.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales operations, proposals, or related functions.
- Proven track record of driving business unit performance and profitability.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.
