Adoption & Measurement Analyst (BI)

About the role

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced Adoption & Measurement Analyst (BI) to own and evolve the programme's measurement engine. You will design, maintain and report on KPI frameworks, surveys and dashboards that monitor employee engagement, data literacy and satisfaction, turning raw data into actionable insights that guide change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an adoption KPI framework across employee engagement, data literacy and satisfaction metrics.
• Design, administer and analyse surveys and polls (awareness, satisfaction) in partnership with subject‑matter experts.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and quarterly/annual progress‑tracking reports.
• Calculate metrics using defined methods such as completion rates, attendance rates and survey scores.
• Provide adoption insights and recommendations to the Change & Communications Lead.
• Maintain data quality, definitions and documentation for all measures.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in data/BI analysis, insights or measurement, preferably in change, HR or programme analytics.
• Proven track record delivering dashboards and survey‑based measurement solutions.
• Certification in Microsoft PL‑300 (Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
