Arabic Sweets & Pastry Chef (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Sweets & Pastry Chef to join our authentic Arabic sweet house in Islamabad. The successful candidate will lead the preparation of traditional Luqaimat, a variety of Arabic sweets, pastries and donuts, ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality Luqaimat, Arabic sweets, pastries and donuts daily.
• Develop, test and standardise recipes to maintain consistent flavour profiles.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control and food cost management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional baking experience.
• Proven expertise in Arabic sweets, especially Luqaimat, pastries and donuts.
• Experience managing small‑scale kitchen operations.
• Ability to handle daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Willingness to work in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
