Associate Process Improvement Analyst

About the role

The Associate Process Improvement Analyst will support CureMD’s drive for operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing process enhancements, and measuring their impact. Working closely with software engineering, quality assurance, and product teams, the analyst will help shape data‑driven decisions and promote best‑practice adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Assist in designing and executing process improvement initiatives, including documentation, process mapping, and training.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize performance data using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry frameworks.
• Support the implementation of best practices in project management, quality assurance, and resource management.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with software development processes, agile frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001) is a plus.
