Assistant Manager - EDMS Production Support

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) production support. You will ensure system stability, uptime, and reliability while collaborating with technical, vendor, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system health proactively, identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes.
• Respond to incidents, service requests and operational issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform detailed incident analysis, root‑cause identification and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure and vendor teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, RCA reports and knowledge articles.
• Communicate incident status, risks and impact clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure all support activities comply with regulatory, audit and internal risk guidelines.
• Identify risks to data security, application stability and system availability and implement mitigations.
• Drive automation initiatives, monitoring enhancements and process improvements.
• Support requirement gathering for fixes, enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Participate in UAT, release validation and change readiness activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on application production support experience.
• Experience with digital workers or automation bots is essential.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Strong focus on system stability, issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.
