AVP – Lead, QA & Proofing Unit (COE Pak – Ops-Operations GRC)

About the role

The position is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Proofing Unit within the Enterprise Reconciliation Framework (ERF). It provides independent validation and oversight of the reconciliation lifecycle across Operations and Business units, acting as the 1.5 Line of Defense.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure robust control oversight and assurance over all reconciliation activities.
• Perform independent validation, monitor exceptions and drive follow‑up closure of outstanding items.
• Cover all reconciliation types – manual, semi‑automated and automated – and platforms such as TLM.
• Maintain consistent application of reconciliation quality and closure processes and enforce clear escalation mechanisms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading QA or proofing functions within an operations or finance environment.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and control frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and provide objective oversight as a 1.5 Line of Defense.
