Senior External Auditor – Rapid Innovation

About the role

EY’s Rapid Innovation team is seeking a Senior External Auditor to remotely support complex MENA audit engagements. You will report on financial statements and provide insightful accounting and reporting advice while contributing to EY’s mission of building a better working world.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit team members, maintain communication, and keep senior staff updated.
• Assist in meetings with client management and prepare audit reports.
• Build internal relationships and identify business development opportunities for EY.
• Anticipate audit risks, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure high‑quality client deliverables.

Required profile

• Proactive, accountable, and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
• Clear communication skills.
• Strong academic record and a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, or CPA), either fully qualified or an active student.
• Minimum of 4 years of external audit experience at a reputable firm.
