Brand Manager – Biologics & Biosimilars

About the role

The Brand Manager – Biologics & Biosimilars will develop and execute the commercial strategy for a biologics and biosimilars portfolio in Pakistan, focusing on oncology and specialty care. The role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain and Finance to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand strategies, positioning, value propositions and tactical plans.
• Lead market development, launch readiness and commercial launch activities for new biologic and biosimilar products.
• Engage healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and institutions through educational initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor brand performance, market share, competitive activity and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, demand planning and business reviews for the portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing or brand management experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Experience with originator biologics and/or biosimilars and a strong understanding of the Pakistan healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder relationships.
