Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and deliver data‑driven insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Analyse current business processes and systems, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend optimisations.
• Perform data analysis, create reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Work with technical teams to design and document solutions that meet business needs.
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables and resources.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear communication of requirements and progress.
• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support change management by creating training materials and assisting users during transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Business Process Modeling tools such as Visio.
• Familiarity with requirement‑gathering tools like JIRA.
