About the role
JNJ Polymer Industries (Pvt.) Limited, a leading manufacturer of plastic masterbatch and polymer compounds, is seeking five Business Development Executives for its Lahore office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on driving sales growth in the polymer industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research, lead sales presentations, and report on sales metrics.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of B2B industrial sales experience (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering.
Required skills
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
