Call Center Representative

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan's largest online real estate portal, is looking for a Call Center Representative to promote and sell property units. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property information, site visits and the closing process while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
• Provide detailed property briefings and conduct on‑site demonstrations.
• Follow up with clients to address evolving needs and ensure timely deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Passion for sales and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with company core values.
