About the role

Tech Zot is seeking enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join its UK‑based inbound travel agency operating from Lahore. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing travel advice, and driving sales through professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and messages regarding travel options and bookings.
• Provide accurate information on itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue goals.
• Document customer interactions and update booking systems as needed.

Required profile

• Intermediate education level; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency, call centre, or customer‑service environment.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Motivated, reliable, and growth‑oriented individual able to commute to the Lahore office.
