Clinical Analyst

About the role

CareCloud is seeking an MBBS‑qualified Clinical Analyst to act as a bridge between clinical teams and product engineering. You will use your medical knowledge to shape, validate, and improve the company’s cloud‑based EHR and related healthcare technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical workflows, physician practices, patient journeys, and healthcare processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, Product Management, Engineering, QA and other stakeholders to capture and document clinical requirements.
• Translate clinical requirements into clear functional specifications for product and engineering teams.
• Review and enhance EHR workflows, documentation templates, order sets, and other clinical functionalities.
• Provide clinical expertise during design, development, testing, implementation, and product enhancements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate product functionality from clinical and usability perspectives.
• Identify workflow, usability, and patient‑safety concerns and recommend solutions.
• Support evaluation of AI‑powered clinical tools, decision‑support, and automated documentation features.

Required profile

• MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical registration or license (preferred).
• Strong understanding of clinical practices, medical terminology, patient workflows, and healthcare documentation.
• Interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and EHR systems.
