Cold Caller Specialist

About the role

NSOL BPO, a business process outsourcing company serving international markets, is hiring a full-time, onsite Cold Caller in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role suits fresh graduates and entry-level professionals with strong English communication skills. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT), and the salary is PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential international clients to introduce services and identify opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and online research.
• Schedule appointments and Zoom meetings with qualified prospects and follow up by phone and email.
• Maintain call, lead and appointment records in CRM systems and perform data entry and database updates.
• Handle objections professionally and provide daily administrative support to international clients.
• Manage email correspondence, calendars and cross-time-zone appointments; assist with email marketing campaigns and basic business development.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documents, track daily activities and meet calling and lead-generation targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory, and training is provided.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written English and confidence in making outbound calls to international prospects.
• Ability to engage clients, ask relevant questions and handle objections.
• Organized, responsible, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and online research.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Gmail and Google Sheets.
• Preferred: cold calling, appointment setting, CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn prospecting, project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana), Excel, email marketing, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
