Outbound Sales Representative (Cold Caller)

About the role

NSOL BPO, a business process outsourcing company serving international clients, is hiring a full-time, onsite Outbound Sales Representative (Cold Caller) in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role suits fresh graduates and entry-level professionals with strong English communication skills. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT), and the salary is PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international clients to introduce services and identify opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and online research.
• Schedule appointments and Zoom meetings with qualified prospects and follow up by phone and email.
• Maintain call, lead and appointment records in CRM systems and update databases.
• Handle objections professionally and provide daily administrative support to international clients.
• Manage email correspondence, calendars and cross-time-zone appointments.
• Prepare prospect lists, reports, presentations and documents, and assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Track daily activities, performance reports and calling and lead-generation targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written English and confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn sales communication, cold calling and appointment setting, with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and online research.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Gmail and Google Sheets.
• Preferred: CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn prospecting, project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana), Microsoft Excel, email marketing tools, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT.
