Virtual Assistant (Cold Caller)

About the role

NSOL BPO, a business process outsourcing company serving international markets, is hiring a full-time, onsite Virtual Assistant in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role suits fresh graduates and entry-level professionals with strong English communication skills, and covers administrative support, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting and CRM work. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT).

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international clients, generate and qualify leads, and schedule appointments and Zoom meetings.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email, handle objections and keep records of calls, leads and appointments in CRM systems.
• Manage professional email, inbox organization, calendar and cross-time-zone appointments.
• Research prospects, enter data, update databases and maintain CRM, spreadsheets and client records.
• Support email marketing campaigns, assist with business development, and help prepare presentations and reports.
• Track daily activities, performance reports and calling/lead-generation targets; learn new software, automation tools and AI productivity platforms.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English and confidence in cold calling and dealing with international prospects.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills, and comfort in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Willingness to learn sales communication, cold calling and appointment setting; prior experience is not mandatory, with training provided.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and online research.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Gmail and Google Sheets.
• Preferred: CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn prospecting, project management tools like ClickUp, Trello or Asana, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

• Monthly salary of PKR 60,000 to 80,000.
