Communication Expert – Hospitality & Reservations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Communication Expert to manage guest interactions across multiple channels for a hospitality brand in Islamabad. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, reservations, and guest concerns, ensuring a warm and professional experience from inquiry to stay.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest calls, WhatsApp messages, social media inquiries, and online requests promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, hotel facilities, and policies.
• Process reservations using Munshi 10 and Booking.com platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest and reservation details in the system.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and reservations to maximize booking conversions.
• Record and track guest interactions, inquiries, and follow‑ups in the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
• Address guest concerns with a solution‑oriented approach and collaborate with the core team to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle multiple channels simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a hospitality team.

Required skills

• Experience with Munshi 10 reservation system.
• Proficiency in using Booking.com for reservation management.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM for tracking guest interactions.
