Content Writer & Social Media Officer

About the role

The Content Writer & Social Media Officer will craft high‑quality written material and manage North Star’s social media presence to boost brand visibility and audience engagement. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across all social platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond where appropriate.
• Develop content ideas that align with the brand voice and marketing goals.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support SEO and digital campaigns.
• Maintain consistent content calendars and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in social media management and writing.
• Excellent command of English grammar and vocabulary.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing (preferred).
