About the role

We are seeking an experienced Creative & Marketing Lead to drive the growth of our brand. This senior position combines strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands‑on execution to ensure both the creative and marketing teams deliver high‑impact results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the Creative and Marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Own the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and brand activations.
• Maintain active, engaging, and consistent social‑media presence across all platforms.
• Generate fresh creative concepts that reinforce the Treatments brand identity.
• Ensure high‑quality content across digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to smoothly implement marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading creative and/or marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media.
• Exceptional aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, haircare, or aesthetic industry (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project‑management abilities.
