About the role

ReallTime is looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Care Agent in Lahore. The agent answers customer inquiries by phone, email and chat in English, providing clear and accurate information. The company focuses on anticipating customer needs and delivering timely, tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, giving clear and accurate information in English.
• Resolve issues, track and document interactions, and follow up to confirm that customer concerns are addressed.
• Maintain service standards, follow company procedures and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center environment is preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore with a flexible schedule, including possible evenings or weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including email, CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
