Outreach Specialist (B2B Focus)

About the role

Simply Connect is looking for an Outreach Specialist with proven B2B experience to drive top-of-funnel growth through multi-channel outbound engagement. The role focuses on initiating conversations with decision-makers, navigating longer sales cycles and delivering sales-ready leads, owning outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling) aimed at B2B decision-makers.
• Build and manage prospect lists using CRM and sales intelligence tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and Lusha.
• Create personalised outreach sequences tailored to B2B buyer personas and pain points.
• Research accounts to find key stakeholders, triggers and entry points.
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations and hand warm prospects to the sales team with detailed context.
• Track response rates, conversion rates, meetings booked and pipeline influence, and test and iterate approaches.
• Keep CRM data clean and give sales and marketing regular feedback on lead quality and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven B2B outbound outreach or sales development experience (mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to write concise messaging for C-suite and senior audiences.
• Experience working with sales teams to align outreach with pipeline and revenue targets.
• Data-driven approach to tracking, reporting and optimising.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools such as Outreach.io or SalesLoft.
• CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, account-based selling and lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP).
