Sales Development Representative (Telesales)

About the role

SeeBiz is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Telesales) in Lahore, on site at High Q Tower. The role drives revenue growth by reaching out to potential and existing customers, generating and converting leads and closing sales. It is a full-time position with 10 vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers by phone.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads into sales.
• Explain product offerings, pricing and promotions clearly.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales progress.
• Handle objections professionally and resolve customer queries.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships to secure repeat business and loyalty.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Telesales, Sales or Customer Service roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

What we offer

• Base salary up to 75,000 PKR.
• Commission of 2% per successful sale, with earnings potential of over 200,000 PKR per month.
