Customer Service Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore. The role involves handling client inquiries, managing reservations and promoting our premium ground transportation services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate information on services, pricing and booking options.
• Handle new reservations, modify existing bookings and resolve issues related to schedules, payments and service quality.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with potential and existing clients, and record interactions in the CRM/booking system.
• Actively promote services, identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth and timely customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy and conflict resolution.
• Sales and negotiation abilities with experience in upselling or cross‑selling.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, hospitality or transportation preferred.
