Customer Supply Chain Associate

About the role

The Customer Supply Chain Associate supports optimal stock availability across sales channels by managing the stock allocation process for order processing. The role involves proactive demand‑supply analysis, customer behavior insights, and communication to mitigate out‑of‑stock risks.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Distribution to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Track customer service and O2C KPIs and prepare regular reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, quality, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Logistics.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power BI is preferred.
