LMP Associate – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an LMP Associate to oversee daily logistics operations across First Mile and Last Mile activities. The role ensures smooth execution, KPI achievement and compliance with cash‑on‑delivery processes while supporting field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily LMP operations, tracking performance of First Mile and Last Mile deliveries.
• Ensure key operational KPIs such as OTH, efficiency, success rate, daily COD compliance and backlog reduction are met.
• Monitor delivery hub attendance, productivity, shipment aging and backlog levels.
• Coordinate with LMP partners to resolve operational issues and enforce SOPs.
• Conduct regular visits to LMP cities for performance audits, partner and staff training.
• Perform daily COD monitoring, cash reconciliation (daily and weekly) and clearance of outstanding amounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, last‑mile or delivery operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and travel for field operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational reporting.
